Statement of Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction

Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation Trust

A Private Ecclesiastical Body Politic Trust


1. Notice of Status

Let it be known that the Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation Trust is a Private Ecclesiastical Body Politic Trust, established by living Men and Women of conscience under the authority of:

  • Natural Law
  • Divine Law
  • Ecclesiastical Custom and Precedent

This Trust does not derive its existence, authority, or structure from any civil government, statutory legislation, or corporate registration.


2. Founding Jurisdiction

The Foundation exists solely by private covenant and is governed by the Sovereign Trustee, who acts in accordance with spiritual conscience, natural equity, and divine stewardship.

It is not a creature of the state, nor is it subject to civil jurisdiction, registry, or regulation under:

  • Commercial codes
  • Statutory trust law
  • Corporate charters
  • Public charity commissions
  • Admiralty or maritime jurisdiction

3. Lawful Ecclesiastical Body

As an Ecclesiastical Body Politic, this Trust is:

  • A self-governing spiritual society
  • Operating within its own internal laws, principles, and customs
  • Protected under long-established traditions of ecclesiastical autonomy, including but not limited to:
    • The English common law tradition
    • The Charter of Human Rights (Article 9: freedom of belief and assembly)
    • The Law of Nations and the Right of Association

4. Non-Consent to External Jurisdiction

All agents, officers, or parties acting under colour of law are hereby given notice that:

  • The Trust and its members do not consent to the jurisdiction of any statutory, administrative, or corporate court.
  • No contract, registration, or tacit agreement has been made with any third-party government or legal entity.
  • Any attempt to assert authority over the Trust or its affairs shall be deemed ultra vires, in dishonour, and without legal or lawful basis.

5. Scope of Protection

This jurisdictional position applies to:

  • The Sovereign Trustee
  • Covenant Members
  • All records, communications, and trust property
  • All ecclesiastical declarations, teachings, and rites

6. Conclusion

This Statement of Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction is made in peace, truth, and full conscience. It shall stand as evidence of the Foundation’s lawful independence and spiritual governance in all matters now and henceforth.
