An International Sovereign Body Politic Society
This document serves as the founding, constitutional, and governing instrument
of the Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation.
PART I – ESTABLISHMENT
1. Declaration of Establishment
I, Michael-ian : Curry, a living Man of sound mind, full capacity, and divine conscience, do hereby solemnly declare the establishment of the Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation – an International Sovereign Body Politic Society – in service to God, humanity, and the enduring values of Peace, Love, and Honour.
This Society is established of my own free will, under the authority of natural law and divine conscience. This Constitutional Founding Declaration is its supreme governing instrument.
2. Mission and Purpose
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation exists to promote the wellbeing, dignity, and spiritual upliftment of all humanity. Its mission is guided by the following Christian values:
• Peace – fostering harmony, understanding, and reconciliation among all peoples.
• Love – caring for one another with compassion, generosity, and selfless service.
• Honour – acting with integrity, truth, and respect in all our dealings.
The Foundation shall pursue its mission through community, education, spiritual development, humanitarian service, and the operation of enterprises aligned with its values.
3. Nature of the Society
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation is:
• An International Society – open to all living Men and Women of good conscience, regardless of nationality.
• A Sovereign Body Politic – self-governing according to its own internal principles, natural law, and divine conscience.
• An Ecclesiastical Society – rooted in Christian tradition and dedicated to spiritual growth and moral advancement.
• A Private Covenant Community – formed by the free will and voluntary agreement of its members.
PART II – GOVERNANCE
4. The Sovereign Trustee
The Foundation is led and governed by the Sovereign Trustee, who serves as its Founding Guardian and primary steward. The Sovereign Trustee holds executive authority over the governance, direction, and affairs of the Society, and exercises this authority in faithful service to the Foundation’s mission.
The Office of Sovereign Trustee is held for life by the Founder, Michael-ian Curry, and may thereafter be transferred by private appointment by deed to a successor chosen by the incumbent Sovereign Trustee.
5. Appointed Trustees
The Sovereign Trustee may appoint one or more Trustees to assist in the governance and administration of the Foundation. Appointed Trustees shall:
• Serve the Foundation’s mission with honour, integrity, and dedication.
• Carry out duties and responsibilities as agreed with the Sovereign Trustee.
• Act with transparency and accountability in all their dealings.
• Uphold the values of Peace, Love, and Honour at all times.
The terms of each Trustee’s appointment shall be set out in a Trustee Agreement, signed by both parties.
6. Trustee Remuneration
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation affirms its right as a sovereign society to fairly remunerate its Trustees for their service. Trustees dedicate their time, skill, and conscience to the advancement of the Foundation’s mission, and it is right and proper that this contribution be recognised and rewarded.
Remuneration of Trustees shall be:
• Agreed in writing between the Sovereign Trustee and each Appointed Trustee.
• Fair and proportionate, reflecting the responsibilities and time committed.
• Drawn from Foundation resources in a manner consistent with its mission and values.
• Documented transparently within the Foundation’s records.
The Sovereign Trustee may also receive reasonable compensation for their own service as Founding Guardian and primary steward of the Society, to be recorded in the Foundation’s records.
7. Decision Making
Day-to-day decisions concerning the Foundation’s affairs shall be made by the Sovereign Trustee. For significant matters – including changes to this Declaration, major financial commitments, or the establishment of internal enterprises – the Sovereign Trustee shall consult with Appointed Trustees before acting.
All decisions shall be made in good conscience and in faithful service to the Foundation’s mission.
PART III – MEMBERSHIP
8. Membership
Membership of this Society is open to all living Men and Women who freely and voluntarily enter into the Covenant of Membership, affirming their commitment to the Foundation’s values and their respect for fellow members.
Every member shall be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect, in keeping with the Christian values upon which this Society is founded.
9. Member Rights
All members of the Foundation are entitled to:
• Be treated with dignity, fairness, and respect at all times.
• Participate in the life and activities of the Foundation.
• Receive clear and honest communication from the Foundation’s leadership.
• Raise concerns or grievances through the Foundation’s internal process.
• Leave the Foundation at any time, freely and without penalty, by written notice.
10. Member Responsibilities
All members agree to:
• Act with Peace, Love, and Honour in all their dealings within the Foundation.
• Treat all fellow members with dignity and respect.
• Uphold the mission and values of the Foundation.
• Seek to resolve disagreements privately and in good faith.
11. Contributions
Any contributions of time, knowledge, or resources made to the Foundation are given freely and in the spirit of generosity. All contributions will be applied faithfully toward the Foundation’s mission of serving humanity.
PART IV – RESOURCES AND ENTERPRISES
12. Stewardship of Resources
All resources held by or entrusted to the Foundation shall be stewarded faithfully and applied toward the advancement of the Society’s mission. The Foundation may hold money, property, and other assets in furtherance of its purposes.
All financial matters shall be conducted with integrity and transparency, and records shall be maintained in good order.
13. Right to Establish Internal Enterprises
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation affirms its right, as an International Sovereign Body Politic Society, to establish, operate, and govern companies, enterprises, and trading bodies that operate within the jurisdiction and framework of the Society.
Such enterprises shall:
• Be established under the authority of the Sovereign Trustee by written resolution.
• Operate in alignment with the Foundation’s values of Peace, Love, and Honour.
• Serve the mission and aims of the Foundation and the wellbeing of its members.
• Maintain their own records and accounts, overseen by the Foundation.
• Conduct their activities with integrity, transparency, and honour.
These internal enterprises may engage in honourable commerce, trade, and exchange in service to the Society’s mission. The Sovereign Trustee shall have oversight of all such enterprises and may appoint directors or managers as appropriate.
14. Property Registry
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation affirms its right to maintain an internal Property Registry for the recording and recognition of property held by, entrusted to, or associated with members and enterprises of the Society.
The Property Registry shall:
• Record details of property declared or entrusted to the Society by its members or Trustees.
• Serve as an internal record of title, stewardship, and interest within the Society’s framework.
• Be maintained accurately and transparently under the oversight of the Sovereign Trustee.
• Issue certificates or declarations of record to members as appropriate.
Entries in the Property Registry represent recognition within the Society’s own framework and are a matter of private covenant between the Society and its members.
15. Public Notices
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation affirms its right to issue, publish, and record Public Notices on behalf of the Society, its members, and its enterprises, addressed to the wider world.
Such Public Notices may include:
• Declarations of standing, identity, or status on behalf of the Society or its members.
• Notices of establishment, change, or dissolution of internal enterprises.
• Declarations of property, interest, or covenant made by or on behalf of members.
• Any other notice the Sovereign Trustee determines to be in the interest of the Society or its members.
Public Notices shall be issued under the authority of the Sovereign Trustee, recorded within the Foundation’s own records, and may be published or transmitted as appropriate to make them known to the wider world. All notices shall be made in truth, good faith, and in accordance with the Foundation’s values.
PART V – STANDING AND ASPIRATIONS
16. Ecclesiastical Character
As an Ecclesiastical Society, the Foundation draws upon the rich traditions of Christian community, conscience, and moral stewardship. It aspires in time to be recognised by the Holy See and other established ecclesiastical bodies as a faithful servant of Christian values in the world.
The Foundation respects all lawfully constituted authorities and seeks to operate in peace and good faith with all peoples and institutions.
17. International Standing
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation aspires to build relationships with established international and ecclesiastical bodies, including the Holy See and other organisations aligned with Christian values and the upliftment of humanity.
It is our sincere hope that, in time and by the grace of God, this Society will be recognised and blessed by the Church as a faithful servant of its universal mission.
18. Amendment of this Declaration
This Constitutional Founding Declaration may be amended by the Sovereign Trustee by written resolution, provided that any amendment remains consistent with the Foundation’s core mission and values of Peace, Love, and Honour.
No amendment shall remove or diminish the rights of existing members as set out in this Declaration.
