Notice to Members
By proceeding, you confirm that you are a living Man or Woman acting in your private capacity, and not as an agent of any state, corporation, or statutory body.
You acknowledge and accept the following:
1. Nature of the Foundation
The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation Trust is a Private Ecclesiastical Body Politic Trust, governed by natural and spiritual law.
It is under the full authority of the Sovereign Trustee, whose decisions are final and binding within the Trust.
It is not a corporation, charity, or legal entity under civil law.
2. Private Membership
By joining, you enter a private covenant, not a public or commercial contract.
This covenant is made voluntarily, by your own free will.
Your membership is a spiritual and moral commitment, not a legal or financial entitlement.
3. Responsibilities
You agree to act with honour, peace, and respect toward all other members.
You agree not to bring disputes into public courts or commercial systems.
You acknowledge the Sovereign Trustee as the lawful and final decision-maker for all matters concerning the Foundation.
4. Contributions, Offerings, and Private Commerce
Members may support the Foundation through voluntary gifts and offerings (money, knowledge, or time) given without expectation, in alignment with its mission.
In addition, Members may engage in private contractual commerce with one another under the jurisdiction of the Foundation.
Such commerce may be facilitated by internal wallet systems, barter exchanges, or digital credits authorised by the Sovereign Trustee.
All exchanges are voluntary, honourable, and carried out in good faith between living Men and Women, without recourse to public courts or statutory systems.
The Foundation provides the platform for such commerce but does not guarantee outcomes, enforce contracts in public jurisdiction, or act as an external financial intermediary.
Any disputes arising from such private commerce shall be resolved within the Foundation, through reconciliation, the Court of the Foundation, or honourable settlement.
5. Council of Members
A Council of Members is hereby recognised as the collective body of all Covenant Members in good standing.
The Council may deliberate, discuss, and vote on matters relating to the advancement of projects, allocation of resources for humanly and spiritual upliftment, and other initiatives for the greater good of humanity.
Each Member shall hold one vote. Voting may occur in assembly or through authorised private digital means.
The Council’s votes are advisory, intended to guide the Sovereign Trustee and Trustees.
Recommendations of the Council shall be formally recorded. The Sovereign Trustee shall give due consideration to all recommendations and may adopt them in full, in part, or decline them with honourable reasoning.
The Council may also propose or recommend candidates for appointment as Trustees. Final appointment, confirmation, or removal remains the prerogative of the Sovereign Trustee.
The Council exists to foster unity, belonging, and shared responsibility in achieving the Foundation’s mission.
6. Court of the Foundation
An Ecclesiastical Court of the Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation Trust is hereby established to uphold honour, peace, and justice within the community.
The Court shall consist of appointed Members, chosen by the Sovereign Trustee for their wisdom, integrity, and standing within the Foundation.
A panel of three (3) appointed Members shall ordinarily hear cases, acting as Keepers of Honour.
The Court shall hear disputes and wrongs arising within the Foundation, ensuring fairness and reconciliation where possible.
Remedies may include counsel, warning, suspension, or, in serious cases, expulsion from the Foundation.
All proceedings shall be private, internal, and ecclesiastical.
The Sovereign Trustee retains final authority to confirm, amend, or override any decision of the Court, though the judgment of the Court shall normally be respected.
7. Ending Your Membership
You may leave the Foundation at any time by written notice.
The Trustee may remove any member who acts in dishonour or violates this covenant.
Expulsion may also occur following judgment by the Court of the Foundation.
