1. Our Identity

The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation is an International Sovereign Body Politic Society, established by living Men and Women of conscience and guided by the Christian values of Peace, Love, and Honour.

This Society is founded upon natural law, divine conscience, and the long-established traditions of ecclesiastical community and private covenant. It is a self-governing society, operating according to its own internal principles and the moral authority entrusted to it by its members.

2. Our Purpose

The Foundation exists to serve the wellbeing and spiritual upliftment of humanity. Its mission is rooted in Christian faith and a sincere commitment to the common good. It operates as a private society of conscience, open to all Men and Women who freely enter its covenant.

3. Our Governance

The Foundation governs itself according to its own founding documents, internal principles, and the values upon which it is established. It is led by a Sovereign Trustee, who acts as founding guardian and steward of the Society’s mission, supported by appointed Trustees and the wider membership.

All governance is conducted with integrity, transparency, and faithfulness to the Foundation’s mission.

4. Our Ecclesiastical Character

As an Ecclesiastical Society, the Foundation draws upon the rich traditions of Christian community, conscience, and moral stewardship. It aspires to be recognised in time by the Holy See and other established ecclesiastical bodies as a faithful servant of Christian values in the world.

The Foundation respects all lawfully constituted authorities and seeks to operate in peace and good faith with all peoples and institutions.

5. Our Standing

The Sovfren Ecclesia Foundation stands as a private society of conscience, established by free covenant among its members. Its authority derives from the voluntary commitment of its members and the moral principles upon which it is founded.

This Statement is made in peace, in truth, and in full conscience, as a declaration of who we are and what we stand for.

6. Our Aspiration

It is our sincere aspiration to build bridges with established international and ecclesiastical bodies, to contribute positively to the wellbeing of humanity, and to be a living expression of Peace, Love, and Honour in the world.
