Notice is hereby given that I, Michael-ian : CURRY a living man hereby claims full beneficial title to the CERTIFIED COPY OF AN ENTRY bearing General Register Office reference number QBDAD807335, This instrument derives its value from the Birth Entry Number 116, registered in the district of Sunderland Metropolitan District.
The said Certificate of Birth Registration relates to the birth of the undersigned and was registered on 13 September 1988 . The estate designation derived from that registration — CURRY — pertains to the administrative estate only and does not define, exhaust, or supersede the living man to whom the registration relates.
The undersigned is the only party to have placed life, labour, and creative value upon the said instrument and is therefore the sole and rightful Cestui que vie, Creditor, Principal, and Beneficial Title Holder of all equitable and reversionary interests arising from and associated with the said estate.
